Human Resources Coordinator

Act as a consultant by analyzing and recommending solutions to human resource issues for assigned locations. Responsible for providing high-level support to company leaders and teams in the development and implementation and administration of human resources programs and practices.

The Human Resources Coordinator assists in the day-to-day strategic and tactical operations of the Human Resource office for assigned locations.
Coordinates with team on human resources programs including employment processing, compensation, benefits, records management, safety, employee relations and retention, compliance.
Develops human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information; recommending courses of action.
Improves manager and employee performance by identifying and clarifying problems; evaluating potential solutions; implementing selected solution; coaching and counseling managers and employees.
Completes special projects by clarifying project objective; setting timetables and schedules; conducting research; developing and organizing information; fulfilling transactions.
Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
Onboarding / Training
Manages new hire process including interview scheduling, create offer letters, collect and organize new hire paperwork, create employee files and ensure all appropriate documentation is completed timely
Conducts new-employee orientations and onboarding activities in locations
Presents training sessions.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business, or Organization Development or equivalent.
Advanced Excel skills, strong PowerPoint skills
