Enterprise Account Manager

Enterprise Account Manager will be responsible for translating the value prop of our BI products into the day to day operations of revenue managers for large management companies, ownership groups and brands. This is a highly technical sales role that requires someone who has used sophisticated revenue management tools. Need to be well versed in how hotels use revenue management systems (RMS) to properly position their hotels for success.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new BI subscriptions at the corporate and property level
  • Improve adoption of existing subscriptions through day to day interactions with customers
  • Attending trade shows and brand conferences to demonstrate value prop of our BI products
  • Retain existing BI customers through ongoing customer education and product demonstrations at all levels including the c-suite;
  • Use existing customer data to drive higher adoption
  • Educate brands on how to incorporate this data in their internal systems in order to provide hotels with better pricing recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 10+ years of experience working for a hotel chain or management company specializing in revenue management
  • Working knowledge of one or several major RMS’s and PMS’s (i.e. I Hotelier, IDeaS, SynXis)
  • Experience with TravelClick’s Business Intelligence solutions, Demand360, Agency360, Rate360
  • Passionate about revenue management and helping customers use data to make better decisions and drive more revenue
  • Confident contributor with relentless focus on results and outcomes
  • Tenacity, determination and desire to win
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills and proven ability to mobilize resources, as well as inspire and lead across distributed and cross-functional teams
