Sr. Helpdesk Technician, Application Support

  • What you'll bring to the table:
  • Advanced experience supporting web based applications using multiple browser bases.
  • Advanced experience with password management interfaces.
  • Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.
  • The ability to mentor the less experienced and to communicate with customers on various levels of knowledge and expertise.

  • We'd love to see:
  • Certified user for Microsoft, Linux or Apple operating systems.
  • 3-5 years' experience in a customer support center environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related technical field, or a minimum of 5 years of demonstrated real world experience.
  • Advanced experience with using ticketing systems and hands on maintenance of a knowledge library.
  • ITIL certification.
