What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or other related field or the equivalent
  • Extensive Channel or Partner Management experience
  • Demonstrated experience as a sales professional with a defined quota in a matrixed or team selling environment
  • Demonstrated experience in sales principles, strategies and tactics
  • Demonstrated understanding of two-tier sales model
  • Experience building channel account/business plans
  • Strong technology/software sales background
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Effective negotiation skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, Gmail and salesforce.com


We'd love to see:

  • Fraud Management or Security sales experience
  • Familiarity or experience with TransUnion, Experian, Equifax, Fiserv, or ACI
  • International Partner Management experience


Impact you'll make:

  • Represent iovation's current and potential value adds to our partners in a contemplative and professional manner resulting in greater revenues and more strategic relationships
  • Compel the Partners Sales/Distribution resources to represent our products and services
  • Establish, develop and maintain strong professional sales relationships with Channel Partners and Strategic Partners; from tactical to strategic contacts
  • Support and leverage other channel efforts; marketing, product launches and product promotions as well as certifications and specializations
  • Keep current with our product release information including sales materials, product roadmap, features, applications, competition and disseminate to partners as appropriate
  • Organize ongoing Channel Partner Sales & Technical Enablement Training classes
  • Coordinate co-selling activity and reporting
  • Anticipate, recognize and resolve channel conflict in a manner that is in the best long-term interest of iovation
  • Perform business metrics reviews and analysis of each Channel Partner's performance on a quarterly/semi-annual or annual basis, as agreed
  • Establish and maintain positive & proactive relationships with partner sales reps/management to build mindshare and drive sales activity
  • Target and prospect new Strategic Partners in support of Business Development annual plan
  • Create, communicate, gain joint agreement and execute on partner specific strategic and tactical business plans focused on demand creation, sales growth, and partner sales development
  • Aid in developing monthly and quarterly strategic initiatives that will result in increasing the Channel Partner monthly bookings
  • Travel when necessary to partner's offices and events to represent iovation, and/or present our solutions to both partners and end customers of partners
  • Coordinate the on-boarding process of new Channel Partners
  • Develop, monitor and communicate metrics and milestones associated with our Partners
  • Maintain Sales Force CRM forecast and pipeline metrics
  • Negotiate Partner Agreements
  • Identify and/or support a system that will allow iovation to quickly understand the state of any Partner, the key constituents within the Partner and the upcoming milestones to maximize the relationship
  • Engage company resources to achieve the appropriate level of interaction and relationship with Partners
  • Act as an advocate for our Partners related to all functional areas of the company including Product Management, Business Development, Marketing, Finance and Operations to ensure responsiveness and awareness of the market requirements that they represent
  • Be an active participant in driving the direction, strategy and the evolution of iovation's products with respect to our existing Partner requirements
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive situational expertise around iovation's current and new product offerings and be able to communicate that information to our Partners
