Day to Day You'll Be:
- Ensuring new and existing products/services comply with global privacy regulations, such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- Preparing risk assessments relating to data use, such as Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) , including consideration of the global impact of new privacy initiatives.
- Reporting on risks, issues and performance to the Privacy Manager.
- Coordinating and compiling Data Privacy KPIs.
- Providing advice on data privacy queries.
- Assisting with the development of global privacy training and coordinating privacy awareness activities.
- Advising on data incident response as required.
- Ensuring the use of data assets adheres to the TransUnion's Privacy Framework, relevant policies, standards and controls.
- Engaging with a range of stakeholders to improve data privacy compliance, and ensuring they are adequately supported in their roles as Privacy Stewards.
- Maintaining the Records of Processing Activities.
- A wealth of experience of comprehensive privacy regulations, such as the GDPR.
- Understanding of or exposure to Credit Reference Agency products.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a variety of technical and non-technical business stakeholders.
- Organisation and time management, including working to deadlines with multiple deliverables.
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Privacy credentials (e.g. CIPP).
- Experience in the financial services or technology industries.
- Experience of a global technology organisation.
