What you'll bring:
- Bachelor's degree in business, records/information management or related degree (equivalent work experience in one of these fields may satisfy this requirement).
- 3-5 years of professional experience with records/information management and/or litigation support.
- Proven knowledge of records/information management processes.
- An interest in compliance and/or the programs supported by the team: policy management; training management; records management; risk management; and, issue management (including crisis management and business continuity).
- Experience with Microsoft products including: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in and navigate a dynamic and sometimes ambiguous environment.
- Strong analytical, logical, problem solving, consultative, communication, and decision-making and judgment skills.
We'd love to see:
- Certified Records Manager (CRM)
- Experience with OnBase, SharePoint or other content management tools
- Ability to speak Spanish and/or Portuguese
Impact you'll make:
- Maintain and improve program governance documentation including: policies, standard operating procedures and process documentation.
- Collaborate with employees of all levels across the company frequently to ensure understanding of TransUnion's record management policies, procedures and objectives.
- Manage vendor relationships. Serve as liaison between vendor and TransUnion record coordinators.
- Prepare high-quality documentation that is appropriate for its intended audience.
- Identify and measure key program metrics for various management reports/dashboards
- Develop and manage program collateral (audit books, presentation materials, training materials, process documentation, operating procedures, etc.).
