Partner Marketing Manager

Dynamics of the Role

We’re seeking a Partner Marketing Manager to lead our Consumer Interactive Partner Marketing organization into the next phase of our growth. You will help define strategic priorities at TransUnion Consumer Interactive and the long-term roadmap for this channel. You will be the chief advocate for partner marketing and own the view for how we can consistently deliver value to our consumers, while achieving our business goals.

You will continuously define and evolve the role of partner marketing in the organization, developing strategic and tactical plans and build harmonious relationships with other functions in the company to drive them towards efficient execution. You will build and cultivate partner relationships to optimize 3rd party revenue opportunities both within the product as well as TransUnion marketing web properties.

The Team’s Focus

TransUnion Consumer Interactive creates web-based financial products that help consumers manage their credit, identity and money. Our product suite includes TransUnion Credit Monitoring and ID Theft Protection—products that help our customers monitor critical changes in their credit by assisting them with debt analysis, identity theft protection features, and money management tools. Ours is an entrepreneurial environment – with a big company behind us. We’ve had continued year-to-year growth and a history of successful product launches.

How You’ll Contribute

  • Build out and oversee near and long-term partner marketing roadmap, driving prioritization in accordance with company goals

  • Build and manage this growing channel and spearhead ideas for best-in-class experiences

- Continuously optimize and evolve partner marketing optimization process and procedures to ensure productive and efficient collaboration with product and marketing teams

- Be the chief evangelist for 3rd party advertising and build out this program as a valuable feature to the consumer  

  • Own financial performance and ROI for partner marketing driven initiatives

What You’ll Bring

  • 8 + years of experience with partner marketing and/or digital marketing

  • Agile and emotionally intelligent working exceptionally well with varying types of people

  • Sales driven individual with great negotiating skills

  • Comprehensive understanding of online marketing and digital optimization processes

  • Account management and/or media buying background is preferred

  • Deeply understand e-commerce and can analytically breakdown and solve complex problems

  • Highly collaborative and invested, not only in the success of your team but the entire organization
