Manager I

This role is both operational and strategic, with a strong emphasis on the ability to build influential, meaningful and trusted relationships across all levels of the internal and client organization. The candidate would be expected to engage with prospective and existing customers with the objective of exploring and ultimately selling TUCIBIL indirect offerings. The successful candidate will also manage existing partnerships with indirect and channel partners and grow revenue opportunities within the existing base.

Sales

  • Identify & establish relationships with prospective clients that may be suitable to resell the DTC product offering
  • Liaison with key decision makers - Business Managers, Risk Managers, Product Managers etc. in banks and financial institutions to identify new opportunities and grow existing business
  • Achieve /exceed set revenue targets and objectives through the successful implementation of client strategies
  • Accurately forecast client activity and associated revenue
  • Track economic factors and trends and adjust key initiatives where required
  • Identify and facilitate the formulation of creative solutions that meet customer needs


Client Management

  • Develop and nurture trusting relations with internal and external clients through proactive communication and the effective management of expectations to ensure outstanding service levels
  • Maintain and review client performance to ensure sustainability of existing ventures and to identify new opportunities
  • Develop individual client strategies and collaborate with both internal and client resources to ensure the implementation of approved strategies
  • Forecast projected revenues on a long, medium and short term basis


  • Work closely with internal teams for resolving client queries to ensure high quality delivery of service and timely resolution of all member issues
Qualification :

• Graduate in Engineering / Com. / Eco. And a MBA in Marketing / Finance from a reputed Institute

  • Minimum 8-10+ years' experience in selling product & services to businesses or high net worth individuals. Ideally Assets side experience with a Bank or a NBFC, Fintech experience is preferred
