How You'll Contribute

IT Intern:

  • Perform testing for different workstation models to ensure the workstation models are supporting the TU global image setup
  • Perform testing on all local applications which are compatible with the global desktop setup
  • Implement and execute the global image setup migration as well as local workstation data migration
  • End user training and support before and after the migration
  • Ongoing documentation update and Infra inventory update
  • Infra maintenance monitoring and vendor quotation follow-up
  • Assist in IT procurement process and system patch testing

HR Intern:
  • Assist in Human Resources reporting
  • Assist in Human Resources projects and analysis
  • Assist in organizing employee relation and Corporate Social Responsibility activities
  • Provide administrative support of full spectrum of human resources functions
  • Perform other ad hoc projects or duties as assigned

Membership Engagement & Support Intern:
  • Work for Member Engagement & Support (MES) team
  • Participate in the Project that work with IT team on improving the system logic
  • Assist the team on projects, reporting and training material
  • Provide administration support to the team
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Project Management Intern:
  • Develop an understanding of key milestones, resources, and deliverables to create and track project timelines
  • Communicate project expectations and timing to project team members to ensure deadlines are met
  • Monitors project deliverables and progress through continuous communication with project members
  • Create and maintain project documentation including timelines, status updates, recaps, etc., to track deliverables and maintain project status
  • Assist and work with QA Specialist to perform QA/UAT testing
  • Demonstrate attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Manage, prioritize and meet multiple deadlines simultaneously
  • Tackle other assigned duties

Product Management Intern:
  • Assist Project Manager and Business Analyst to gather business requirements with key stakeholders and subject matter experts
  • Assist Project Manager and Business Analyst to develop clear and concise requirements and user stories for the technical developers
  • Develop release note for each system release
  • Participate in regular project related meetings, like SCRUM meeting, for requirements gathering/discussion and status update
  • Perform sanity check at each reach to ensure changes/new features are in good health for deployment
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

  • Bachelor's degree in progress; some relevant professional or intern experience

  • Ability to organize and multi-task project requests
  • Ability to work well with others in a team environment, as well as to work independently; anticipate what is needed and take action; enthusiastically support others on the team or in the office when asked
  • Self-motivated
