Entry Specialist/Receptionist Job Description

We currently have an opportunity available for a Data Entry Specialist/Receptionist to join a great work environment and be part of our rapidly growing business.

Dynamics of the Role

Seeking a self motivated, detailed oriented individual with exceptional typing skills. The successful candidate will have extensive data entry responsibilities including keying public record violation and criminal dockets into a proprietary database. Also, using several website and subscription services, the candidate will research and append current address information to records and coordinate data collection activities with independent contractors deployed in the field. Other responsibilities will include greeting clients, receiving mail, answering incoming calls and other projects, as needed.

Must haves:

  • Typing speed Minimum 65 wpm
  • Attention to detail
  • Accurate data entry skills
  • Computer and internet literacy essential; Specifically Microsoft office/Excel
  • Experience with database type environment, navigating thru tables utilizing Excel
  • Excellent phone and communication skills
  • Basic admin support (copying, faxing, emailing, scanning)
  • Must be able to work independently and with a team in a fast pace environment
