  • 3+ Years of implementation and configuration experience in fraud prevention technology solutions
  • Experience in dealing with stakeholders and conveying fraud presentations in a clear and easy to understand manner
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite - key areas of Excel and PowerPoint
  • Self-driven and self-reliant, able to work with minimal supervision but not afraid to ask questions when required
  • Possess creative and innovative problem-solving skills
  • Able to multi-task and working in an environment with multiple competing priorities

Impact you'll make:

  • Support the development of the IDVision Fraud Team using deep analysis of data to identify and prevent fraud
  • Organize and lead Fraud Ops calls with external customers to discuss metrics and performance of the IDVision Solutions with emphasis of Fraud Trends
  • Carry out configuration optimization for individual merchants and external customers
  • Conduct multi-merchant analytics for online and integrated online/offline contexts
  • Analyze and react to fraud attacks by addressing root cause and submit recommendations
  • Be a support for scoping integrations/implementations queries in relation to fraud related topics during the onboarding topics
  • Be able to identify gaps in fraud prevention capabilities and feedback possible solutions with a basic technical background for easier prioritization
