Executive Administrative Assistant – SVP, Global Strategyand Corporate Development

Dynamics of the Role

We are looking for an experienced executive assistant whowill support the SVP of Global Strategy and Corporate Development (GSCD). Thisis a fast paced growing environment and we are looking for someone with outstandinginterpersonal skills who operates with a high sense of urgency! Act as aliaison between the executive and executives’ peers, the entire GSCD staff,organizations, vendors, consultants and other internal and external contacts.You will also provide various administrative tasks for GSCD team members.

You will support the SVP in problem solving, project planning/managementand development and execution of stated goals and objectives. This role may havefunctional responsibility for providing aid to other administrative staff, aswell as providing support for CEO staff meetings. This position has access toand regularly works with information of the most sensitive, highlyconfidential, strategic and critical nature.

How You’ll Contribute

  • Anticipates and prepares daily schedule ofexecutive’s meetings and priorities. Schedules appointments without priorclearance. Ensure most effective use of executive’s time. This may include offhour requests.
  • Arranges complex and detailed travel plans anditineraries, compile documents for travel-related meetings.
  • Processes executive’s weekly expense report andreconciles corporate credit card account(s).
  • Initiates, establishes and communicatesdepartment meetings on behalf of executive. Prepares agenda as well as ensuresmeetings progress according to schedule. Follows up on meeting action items.
  • Collect, analyze, and prepare information foruse in discussions/meetings of executive staff and outside individuals.
  • Responsible for initiating, preparing,coordinating and following-up on administrative/operational duties associatedwith executive’s area of responsibility. May have functional responsibility forproviding direction to the administrative staff.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3-5 years’ experience providing support toC-level executive.
  • Strong organizational, communication andfollow-up skills, with attention to detail required.
  • Quick adaptation and flexibility to changingpriorities and deadlines is a must!
  • High degree of ability to multitask and useindependent judgement without much direction.
  • Ability to develop internal and externalrelationships acting as an extension of the SVP.
  • Advanced knowledge of Word, PowerPoint and Excelrequired.
  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.
