Customer/ Technical Support Representative

This is an exciting opportunity to join TransUnion’s Customer Support Team supporting the most recent addition to our product suite, TLOxp®.

TLOxp® is used in various industries for different purposes. This Technical Support Rep II opportunity will work to provide technical support to TLOxp®‘s end-users.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an amazing support group for a fantastic product that is currently in an aggressive growth mode!

The Team’s Focus

This Technical Support Team works to provide technical support to TransUnion’s Investigative product, TLOxp®‘s end users. With over 20,000 client entities, TLOxp®,

is used by the largest global corporations, major financial institutions, insurance carriers, law enforcement agencies as well as legal and investigative professionals.

TLOxp® is used to research people, locations, companies and their interrelationships for due diligence, risk assessment, fraud detection, identity verification and more.

The Technical Support Team is made up of proactive, independent problem solvers who excel at communicating with TLOxp®‘s clients to support a continually upgraded data

fusion search tool. As a whole, the team strives for first contact problem resolution and to exceed customer expectations.

How You’ll Contribute:

Provide excellent technical support and customer service to TLOxp®‘s clients in a fast-paced, dynamic environment utilizing both phone and e-mail support

Think creatively and pro-actively to solve any client issues

Work with other members of the team to help ensure all customer expectations are consistently exceeded

Strong technical background knowledge (familiarity with e-mail and IP addresses, fluency with all browsers – Chrome, IE, Firefox)

Excellent writing skills

Ability to multitask and quickly switch between tasks.

High level of professionalism

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
