CSO Communication Specialist

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Handle email, mail in and fax enquiries
  • Order placement to Order Fulfillment Specialist subsequent to email and fax enquiries
  • Phone verification due to email
  • Work with Marketing to incorporate promotion activities at email channels
  • Credit Reports generation and delivery (including new staff reports)
  • Metrics tracking on communication efficiency

  • Detail mind with thorough follow up and follow through
  • Handle order with excellent quality
  • Good writing, presentation and communication skill
  • Organized
  • All order fulfillment from Email, Fax, Frontend channels
  • Strictly follow compliance rules and handle customer data with absolute care
  • Well co-operation with other departments

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Degree holder or equivalent experience
  • 5 years customer service experience
  • Previous email or social media customer experience is preferable
  • Previous banking experience would be advantage but not mandatory
  • Microsoft office skill
  • Excellent in both English and Chinese on both written and spoken capabilities
