What You'll Bring:

  • 1-3 years of planning, forecasting, and monthly close experience
  • Strong familiarity with PeopleSoft, OneStream, Tableau or other Enterprise Resource Planning/Business Intelligence software experience is highly desired
  • Ability to lead small projects related to the department's needs and goals
  • Comfortable working within a highly matrixed and fast-paced environment
  • Ability to operate under challenging time constraints, and address multiple deliverables simultaneously

Impact You'll Make:
  • Primarily performs FP&A responsibilities, support/assist in the quarterly forecast and annual budget cycle through the preparation of reporting and analysis
  • Prepares and distributes monthly and quarterly financial reports with operating results and provides quantitative and qualitative analysis of key variance and trends
  • Supports business leaders by researching questions and investigating variances on financial statements
  • Partners with the accounting team for month-end and quarter-end close processing, driving internal processes to maintain and improve predictability of financial results
  • Develop and review business cases for future development, including financial models, which support future growth and prioritization
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports and assist in special projects, focused to improve forecasting accuracy and provide additional business insight
  • This position will support the Global Solutions organization, which is primarily focused on global growth and profitability objectives across five strategic solutions: Credit Risk, Specialized Risk, Fraud, Marketing and Consumer Solutions.
  • As part of your responsibilities, you will provide various financial and business support consisting of the preparation of various financial reports and analyses, participation in the budgeting and forecasting process, and assisting the business with ad-hoc requests and special projects.
  • The position will primarily interact with all levels of associates and management, with some exposure to executive level management primarily within the Fraud Solutions organization.
