Group Details

Tradeweb's Integration and straight-through processing solutions are a mission critical part of Tradeweb's expanding business globally. This function reduces the operational risk and greatly improves efficiency and automation for clients and dealers trading in the global fixed-income and derivatives markets. Utilizing various technical standards, including the FIX protocol to link all parties and communicate the information needed to seamlessly execute, allocate and confirm trades.

This role will provide support and maintenance of our trade processing solutions. Serving as a bridge between business and technology functions, the role will require a great deal of interaction with front office traders, middle and back office operations staff as well as technical support and developers. You will gain exposure and work closely with our internal sales force, product teams, and technology/development teams to improve and support Integration capabilities for clients. We will provide the training, team and environment in which you can thrive and build on your understanding of all areas of Tradeweb's business.

You and your team will be responsible for continued growth and operational excellence of the platform. You will be part of a dynamic high performing team responsible for the ongoing development, rollout and implementation of integration services including pre/post trade execution, AIEX, and API trading.

Job Responsibilities

• Establish and cultivate relationships with clients, vendors/partners and prospects

• Manage these relationships on an ongoing basis

• Guide customers through the process of system integration and certify new workflows

• Work with Tradeweb sales force in their efforts to increase trade volume by establishing direct server to server links with customers

• Training customers on new product enhancements

• Work with all product teams on new enhancements

• Ability to think critically and creatively, strong problem-solving skills and results driven

• Support the Tradeweb system on a daily basis and work well under pressure

• Ability to document and manage projects when needed

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree completed or relative work experience required
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills
  • Extremely comfortable with technology

  • The current pay range for this role if performed in the city of New York is currently $75,000 to $150,000 per year, based on a regular, full-time schedule. The amount of pay offered will be determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to qualifications, market data, geographic location, and internal guidelines.
