Who We're Looking For
Toyota's Accounts Receivable Department is looking for a passionate and highly-motivated Manager with North America Shared Services.

The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee and manage a portion of our accounts receivable functions within Toyota.
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, the person in this role will support the Accounts Receivable department's objective to ensuring accurate and timely billing, collections, cash application, and reporting for our North America Manufacturing Companies.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supervise and lead the accounts receivable team, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Support month-end and year-end close processes, including compliance with SOX requirements
- Prepare and present AR reporting (flux), KPI metrics, and various ad-hoc reports/analyses to senior management
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure effective and efficient AR operations (lead process improvement initiatives)
- Collaborate with various departments to resolve billing discrepancies and disputes while monitoring aging
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Progressive experience in accounting
- Proficiency in Microsoft software (e.g., Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Drive and ambition to continuously improve processes
Added bonus if you have
- Experience in automobile industry
- Familiarity with SAP ERP system and other various automated tools
