Sales Operations Manager

We're looking for a strategic and energetic Sales Operations Team Member. You will be responsible for the planning / implementing of all systems, tools and technologies to support the Totango sales strategy including hands-on administration of Totango's platform. Reporting to the SVP of Sales, you will play a key role in scaling out our sales organization for the next level of growth.


  • Responsible for all management and customization of Salesforce CRM - full understanding of Salesforce at an Admin level
  • Create reports of key metrics and revenue drivers required to grow the business
  • Demonstrate ability to execute and own projects end-to-end
  • Work collaboratively with multiple employees across the company to identify and resolve sales operations-related issues  
  • In coordination with SVP of  Sales, administer sales quotas, compensation plans, program rules, policies, and procedures. Manage commission-related details
  • Own SalesForce rules, process, and continued improvements
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales performance updates
  • Manage multiple demands and deadlines effectively



  • 4+ most recent years in Sales Operations
  • 4+ years in a start-up environment is a big plus
  • 3-5+ most recent years in B2B enterprise solution environment (SaaS preferred)
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Admin Certification; Advanced Certified is preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations (Salesforce CPQ / similar)
  • Advanced computer skills including Mac, Excel, Powerpoint, and Google Products
  • Experience with Customer Success Tools (Gainsight or Totango)
  • Experience with DocuSign, Mixmax, Netsuite a plus
  • Be an independent worker but collaborative with other leaders and team members
  • Ability to debug problems, solve them, and get the rest of the team on board with the solution
  • Be a capable project manager with ability to manage, prioritize, and work through scope
    & backlog of issues
