We are looking for the right person to join our world-class team of Customer Success Engineers. In this role, you would help drive our customers' technical success during on-boarding & implementation. We are growing rapidly and are looking for the right person with experience in Customer Success Engineering, or Professional Services - that would include integration, technical design, and technical consulting.
- Lead technical aspects during integrations during on-boarding and deployment of Totango
- Verify & document the integrated solution with configuration audits
- On-board new customers for faster time-to-value
- Assist in UAT activities in support of getting customers live
- Respond to Customer Escalations related to integration
- Partner with cross-functional teams. High engagement and partnership with Implementation Consultant and/or CSM
- Exhibit diplomacy, tact, and poise when working through customer issues and escalations
- Ability to speak in technical & business terms, depending on audience
- Limited travel, up to 20%

- Experience in a professional services, or technical consulting role. (SaaS experience preferred)
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com or other CRM platforms & their data structure
- Familiarity with Zendesk or other Support platform & their data structure
Big plus if you have experience with:
- Salesforce custom development
- Enterprise application development or integration
- An understanding of basic shell scripting
- Experience working with/training developers/DBA/ETL professionals
