Quality Assurance Analyst


This position is responsible for supporting the testing for our global digital initiatives at Tory Burch. The QA Analyst will help to execute and analyze test results, while providing ongoing daily support of all site initiatives in an effort to enhance the overall customer experience. This individual will perform a variety of functional, integration, compatibility, and user acceptance testing. They must be able to clearly communicate and raise concern for quality concerns of new enhancements to their manager.


  • Identify, document, analyze, track defects and communicate testing results
  • Validate user expectations are achieved during testing
  • Perform manual functional testing for all site enhancements across global sites
  • This individual must be able to clearly communicate and raise concern for quality concerns of new enhancements to their manager
  • Develop testing plans with scenarios based on understanding of systems/business requirements to perform end-to-end, regression, functionality and performance testing prior to implementations
  • Ability to work within Product streams and sprints
  • Support global site launches including but not limited to payment integrations, product launches, promotions, new functionalities and site content updates
  • Experience with Testing Management and Defect Tracking Tools


Coordination with Cross Functional Partners:


  • Strong partnerships with Development, Scrum Master, Site Experience teams
  • Participate in technical breakdowns, daily stand-ups and demos with stakeholders
  • Manage daily site merchandising production pushes; coordinate scheduling changes with team
  • Monitor and provide production site support, identifying and analyze issue. Facilitate resolution of issues with Development, Site Experience and Merchandising teams


  • Bachelor's Degree 
  • Experience writing acceptance criteria and test cases
  • 2-3 years of work experience in Quality Experience role or similar background, preferably in eCommerce
  • Ability to document, analyze, track defects and communicate testing results
  • Ability to identify critical or complex areas in the system and test accordingly 
  • Understanding of the digital project lifecycle, and best practices related to the process
  • Good working knowledge of application integration and testing
  • Strong communications skills with a demonstrable ability to interact and influence at all levels within the organization
  • Knowledge of ecommerce website functionality
