PR Assistant


  • Provide administrative support to the SVP of Global PR & Brand Communications including calendar management, expenses, and travel coordination
  • Coordinate with executive’s direct reports on a daily basis to gather information, distribute information and schedule team meetings
  • Maintain updated global calendars and media lists
  • Responsible for ad-hoc projects and preparing internal press recaps for distribution
  • Support LA team with editorial pulls, sample trafficking, and send outs
  • Snag relevant press coverage
  • Responsible for ordering gifting product
  • Conduct relevant market research
  • Manage departmental purchasing card
  • Serve as office manager
