Manager, Social Media & Marketing-Tory Burch Foundation

Overview

The Tory Burch Foundation is looking for a skilled content strategist who understandings the visual and strategic landscape of digital and social, with strong foundation in content production, strategy, and marketing. In this role, you will be responsible delivering a first-class branded experience across the Tory Burch Foundation’s social media, digital channels, special projects and campaigns.  

Responsibilities

Social & Digital Platforms:

  • Develop organic social media content strategy, create concepts, execute creative needs and asset creation
  • Manage posts, comments and community engagement on social media platforms
  • Execute editorial and content strategy for ToryBurchFoundation.org
  • Coordinate outreach and content creation for website, including writing and editing content for ToryBurchFoundation.org
  • Ensure all web content is easy to find, read and is effective in its message
  • Manage email marketing strategy and coordinate deployment with key stakeholders and vendors
  • Monitor and report on analytics across all digital channels

Creative Coordination:

  • Manage the creative process for all program collateral, digital assets, print, video and photography
  • Support with day-to-day management of special design projects as needed for out of home campaigns, paid social, printed collateral and other initiatives

Marketing and Management:

  • Maintain the brand identify and voice across all channels and communications
  • Assist in the planning, ideation and execution of digital and marketing initiatives and special projects
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure all projects are executed with excellence and deployed in timely manner
  • Analyze metrics to propose effective strategies for growth and provide detailed performance reports and presentations
  • Conduct research and competitive landscapes for key initiatives
  • Other duties as assigned by manager

Qualifications

  • 4+ years’ experience working in social media, editorial or marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree required in business, communications, marketing, journalism or related field.
  • Detail oriented with excellent writing and editing skills
  • Thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-moving environment and are open to change
  • Pulse on social media trends and culture
  • Passion and knowledge of women’s empowerment
  • Clear focus on delivering results
  • Highly proficient in using social media platforms: Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Experience with WordPress, SailThru and Google Analytics
  • Basic understanding of search and social optimization
  • Team player with a positive attitude
