Business Analyst

JOB SUMMARY

The Business Analysts (BA) irresponsible for bridging the gap between IT and the business using data analytics to assess processes, determine requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to the company stakeholders.The Engagement business leaders and users to understand how data-driven changes to process, products, services, software and hardware can improve efficiencies and add value. They must articulate those ideas but also balance them against what is technologically feasible and financially and functionally reasonable.The business analyst position requires both hard skills and soft skills. They need to know how to pull, analyze and report data trends, and be able to share that information with others and apply it on the business side. The Business analyst will be the technical communication bridge between Tory Burch Japan, the local fulfillment center, the POS provider and the engineers and analyst sin the Us Headquarters.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.  Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.  Staying up - to - date on the latest pr ocess and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.  Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.  Performing requirements analysis.  Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.  Effectively communicating your insi ghts and plans to cross - functional team members and management.  Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.  Working closely with users , technicians, and managerial staff.  Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.  Performing user acceptance testing.  Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring per formance.  Updating, implementing and maintaining procedures.  Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.  Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.  Managing competing resources and priorities.  Monitoring deliverable and en suring timely completion of projects.  I mplement Business Best Practices through coordination and documentation of business requirements.  Investigates company's internal implementation abilities of solution and upon missing investigates local and global market abilities in requirements .  Documents process, business requirements and participates in evaluation of functional and technical options.
