The Benefits Assistant will support the Tory Burch Benefits team, primarily focusing responding to employee inquiries.
Respond to employee and HR partner inquiries addressed to the benefits inbox in a timely and customer service oriented fashion. Escalate more complicated inquiries as necessary
Support planning, communication and administration of benefit plan enrollment
Participate in delivery of wellness and employee education initiatives
Assist in maintaining the internal informational resources on the TB Buddy and Link platforms for benefit programs, policies and vendor contact information
Process all benefit and vendor invoices for payment, including the review, coding, reconciliation and submission to Accounts Payable.
Partner with Payroll and HR Operations teams as necessary to identify and correct any benefit deduction issues
Process manual medical enrollments and terminations directly with vendors when necessary
Assist with administration of Workers Compensation claims initiation and reporting
* Evaluate new vendor partners and assist with implementation of enhancements to employee offerings.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
Recent college graduates to those with up to 5 years of relevant experience and/or interests
Highly collaborative and team-oriented
Excellent communication/interpersonal skills (verbal, written, auditory) with the ability to comfortably interface at all levels, both internally and externally
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
Flexible; able to adapt to changing priorities in a fast paced environment
* Strong PC computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office; prior HRIS system experience, especially Workday a plus
