Student Survey Proctors- Nevada Teaching Fellows

TNTP seeks Student Survey Proctors for our Nevada Teacher Corps program. Student Survey Proctors will be TNTP employees based in our Nevada program office. The time commitment for this part-time, seasonal role will be variable (on average 10 to 15 hours per week) from January 2017 through March 2017.

Role and Responsibilities

The Student Survey Proctor role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to use their organizational and communication skills and commitment to customer service to support the collection of student survey data for the Nevada Teacher Corps. The Student Survey Proctor will report to the Student Survey Implementation Manager.

Specifically, the Student Survey Proctor will:

  • Attend a virtual training on administering student surveys the week of January 9th
  • Be assigned a caseload of 10-30 Fellows for whom the Proctor will administer student surveys to 1-2 course sections from February – mid-March
  • Schedule directly with assigned Fellows to proctor student surveys
  • Distribute, administer (proctor), and collect student surveys in each Fellow classroom
  • Mail student surveys to the Student Survey Implementation Manager for data entry

Student Survey Proctors will be compensated at $20.00/hour or commensurate with experience in a similar position.
