We are looking for a visual UI designer responsible for conceiving and conducting user research, interviews and surveys, and translating them into sitemaps, wireframes and prototypes. You will also design the overall functionality of the product and iterate upon it to ensure a great user experience. The digital designer also leads visualization and digital asset development.

  • Expert skills in the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with interaction design, visual design, task flow analysis, and user testing.
  • Must demonstrate experience designing for complex workflows and working with product development teams in an Agile environment.
  • Knowledge and provable experience in an ecosystem comprehensive of an experience which includes mobile, desktop, and others.
  • Aware of current design industry best practices in general.
  • Knowledge of CSS3 and HTML5 is a plus.
  • Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision.
  • Experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design a plus.
  • A solid grasp of user-centered design and testing methodologies, subsystems, and usability and accessibility concerns.
  • Deep understanding of information design / architecture, gestalt principles, and user psychology.
  • Ability to iterate your designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
  • Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients.
  • A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design.
  • Be excited about collaborating and communicating closely with teams and other stakeholders via a distributed model to regularly deliver design solutions for approval.
  • Be willing to help teammates, share knowledge and experience with them, and learn from them.
  • Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.
  • Candidate's portfolio must contain recent mobile-first designs
  • Proven well-designed examples of responsive grid-based layouts. Strong work portfolio that demonstrates systematic and creative design thinking as well as a deep understanding of UI/UX best practices.
  • Strong ability to recognize and predict use cases and user interaction, including happy path as well as edge and corner cases, and incorporate them into designs.
  • Must be able to compile designs into Sketch and Zeplin files, organize layers and assets for easy exporting

  • Create high fidelity mockups of elegant, usable and consistent mobile, desktop, and other user interfaces based on business requirements
  • Prototype interactions to demonstrate and test concepts
  • Collaborate with development teams to guide and support implementation of final designs
  • Provide usability recommendations based on industry best practices, analytics, and user behavior
  • Establishment of design standards consistent with business objectives and brand guidelines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (the ability to effectively sell an idea)
  • Ability to manage time wisely across projects and competing priorities, meet agreed upon deadlines, and be accountable for work.
  • Experience in working with a cross-functional team or large-scale software development life cycle, including waterfall and agile methodologies.
  • 3 or more years of UX design experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience designing complex solutions for complete digital and mobile-first environments.
  • Bachelor's degree in HCI or related field (Interaction Design, Visual Design) and at least 3 years product design experience required.
  • Strong written & oral communication and presentation skills.
