This activity includes managing vendor invoices which includes coding , research and partnering with Accounts Payable to resolve invoice issues by performing a root cause analysis and working with the internal customers and the supplier to develop a long-term solution to prevent future occurrences. Candidate must display strong analytical and problem solving skills coupled with the ability to derive unconventional solutions. Monitor invoicing system mailbox, perform coding and research and route invoices to proper approvers to facilitate timely payment ofTechnology related invoices.2-4 years’ experience in accounting related field

Strong analytical, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills required

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Desired: Experience with SAP and/or SAP Ariba is preferred

Strong MS Office skills preferred

Familiarity with Telecommunications terminology is desirable

High School Diploma/GED
