For more information, please visit http://www.t-mobile.comThe Senior Analyst (Payroll), Business Process, is part of the HR Operations’ Program and Process Improvement team. This role helps drive continuous improvement activities for the HR Operations department. The Senior Analyst will be a member of an agile project team, representing HR Operations in a designated work streams. In this role, they will assist in prioritizing work for the department, help to define requirements and support the testing process. In addition, this person will be responsible for representing our customers and team members as the owner of new programs, project and system implementation activities. They are also responsible for engaging in requirements gathering, testing, configuration, process design and training in various HR applications. The Senior Analyst will bring team members together to solve problems, discuss opportunities and make decisions on how the work gets done and to improve processes. This role may also be the main contact for vendors, partners, and team members for system configuration, data and process management, and control and compliance activitiesMinimum Required8 years of Payroll or HR Operations experience plus 2+ years of project experienceDemonstrated experience managing and implementing medium to large programs, including identifying, maintaining, and/or adjusting the cost, scope, and resources, managing vendors, and overseeing the formal planning, tracking, and reporting of program performance.Demonstrated ability to influence others.Demonstrated analytical experience.Self-driven with ability to work independently and make decisions based on data.Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred 0Knowledge of federal, state, and provincial laws, regulatory compliance, categories of employment, primary benefits, payroll taxes, payroll accounting procedures, and payroll reporting requirementsExperience with ADP Vantage, Kronos and Workday2+ years of supervisory experience.Experience leading large scale change efforts.Demonstrated experience managing and implementing medium to large programs, including identifying, maintaining, and/or adjusting the cost, scope, and resources, managing vendors, and overseeing the formal planning, tracking, and reporting of program performance.Knowledge of Lean 6 Sigma methodology


Minimum Required Bachelor’s Degree or 5 years of related experience in lieu of degree

Essential FunctionsLead HR specific projects, including being a member of Agile project teamsRepresent HR Operations as a subject matter expert and decision maker in cross functional projects.Drive payroll process improvement activities, including process design, documentation, and training.HR Operations point of contact for data feeds into and out of the HR Operations system, as well as governance/compliance/audit activities including business continuityManage escalated system and processing issues and liaise with internal business partnersHelp establish metrics for team and ensure performance against metrics is tracked, measured, and posted at least monthly.Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.
