For more information, please visit http://www.t-mobile.comThe Senior Development Manager provides leadership, expertise, communications, quality control, and guidance for the market's site development projects as well as direct oversight of the market Real Estate, Zoning and Construction and Special Project teams. The role provides value to the Development function by ensuring consistent high quality and timeliness of delivery of operational and project-based Development activities. On a Global Program and project basis, this position provides a central point of contact and responsibility for planning, coordinating, resourcing, communicating, executing, and controlling Development-specific initiatives initiated by the FSC (Field Service Center), region, or markets. Core operational responsibilities include ensuring consistency in processes, reporting, forecasting, data integrity, co-location, property management, siting solutions, vendor qualification, vendor contract management, vendor pricing, and construction design and quality standards.Minimum 8+ years' work experience in wireless site development or similar project management experience in real estate development or telecommunications/technology deployment activities

Experience managing and motivating teams of employees with multiple functional competencies

Highly developed oral and written communication/people skills

Accustomed to managing cell site deployments, launch environment experience optimal

High School Diploma/GEDRequires competency in customer focus, change & innovation, strategic thinking, relationship building & influencing, talent management, results focus and inspirational leadership.

Overall management and direction of market real estate, zoning and construction resources in development of new site installation and existing network infrastructure upgrades.

Provides development program management including reporting and data integrity, processes, best practices, all business support functions including OPEX and SC/HC approvals.

Leads Development team training, development, coordination, and communication. Supervise daily responsibilities of market Development staff, (employee and contractor based). Support Market Director and actively interact with Market management team in all development related activities.

Oversees Site Acquisition/Zoning feasibility, leasing and permitting in accordance with company and regulatory compliance requirements. Directly engages in negotiation and relationship building with landlords, collocation owners and jurisdictional entities as needed.

Monitors implementation of market construction standards for design and QA consistency.

Administers ICAs, PSAs, MCSAs for the Market service providers

Works with FSC, Senior Regional Management, Markets, and peers in other regions to identify and share best practices.

Partners with peers on the RF, Ops, Legal, Sales and other market and regional teams to contribute to cross-functional success of T-Mobile.

Engages and collaborates with External Affairs team as needed to address siting related media, community education and involvement ,and municipal government matters and may serve as media spokesperson on issues pertaining to the market network deployment activities.

Interfaces directly with the Legal team to resolve siting related legal issues and litigation.

Manages soft cost and hard cost budgets to meet quarterly and annual financial targets. At least 18 years of age. Legally authorized to work in the United States. High School Diploma or GED.
