The Portfolio Credit Risk at T-Mobile, USA is currently seeking a Senior Manager with deep experience in credit risk management across the account life cycle. The candidate will be experienced in critical portfolio risk management processes and capable of managing teams performing credit risk analytics.
The candidate is expected to lead and utilize the application of analytical/statistical methodology to develop and test statistical models to increase customer value; develop credit strategies and oversee the deployment of outputs into credit decision engines. The candidate will also have experience managing processes involve credit decision engines, such as TRIAD, and the credit bureau and alternative data sources. The candidate will also be an experience SAS user and capable of managing the engagement of team resources with relevant analytic technology and software packages.

Qualifications – Minimum Required
Master’s degree with 7 years management experience in credit risk management, lending in the telecommunications industry, or risk management in the financial services industry.
Work closely risk management and business teams in managing the Collections risk strategy, including the entire strategy development cycle (discovery, design, development, deployment, and tracking).
Work closely with decision engine, business teams and IT to deploy and oversee performance of credit risk strategies in TRIAD and similar decision engines.
Leverage and evolve the use of internal data-marts to identify opportunity of increasing customer value, including constant evolution of analytic artifacts, segmentation schemes, customer behavior pattern and scores etc.
Lead, supervise and direct the work output of modelers and vendors contracted for analytic developments in the assigned function.
