Qualifications

Minimum Required

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in info security technology or related field
  • Be subject matter expert in multiple security subject areas
  • Good verbal and communication skills with diverse cross functional groups & the ability to present effectively to small & large groups
  • Ability to plan, organize and prioritize tasks to complete independently, as well as delegate and track progress within the team, all within the time frame established
  • Knowledge of information security policies and regulatory controls (per team function)
  • Have a service oriented attitude with a focus on customer support and customer interaction
  • Always act with tact and integrity, and interface with a variety of individuals in a positive and productive manner
  • Strong problem solving / troubleshooting skills
  • Knowledge of current technological trends and developments in the area of security
  • In-depth knowledge of security best practices in large-scale environments
  • Previous leadership experience, a plus

Education

Minimum Required

  • Bachelors Degree. Computer Science or Information Technology
  • 4 years of college courses in Information Technology, Certifications combined with relevant work experience may be substituted for education requirements

Essential Functions

  • Experience with tools such as CyberArk, Tripwire, Courion, Change Auditor, VAS/UPM, Varonis is a must
  • Knowledge of IT security principles, techniques and technologies
  • Experience and troubleshooting techniques in an enterprise environment of host based agents and network appliance issues
  • Collaborate with various IT and Non-IT functional groups to ensure effective service delivery of system security programs for internal clients for all environments
  • Participate in and support the SOX Compliance processes, providing leadership and support to analysts. Recommend and implement new functionality to enhance compliance processes. Ensure SOX controls are followed and are effective
  • Work cohesively overseeing deployment of multiple streams of IAM projects including Access Governance, Identity Administration, Privilege Access Management, Data Access Governance
  • Perform security, compliance, and risk assessments on projects throughout project lifecycle from an agile methodology
  • Investigates and/or leads identifying security needs & recommends plans/resolutions. Implements, tests & monitors info security improvements
  • Support info security policy lifecycle throughout, including intake, creation, review, approval, implementation, publishing, communication & maintenance
  • Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation for production issue resolution if needed
  • Mentor peers and junior team members in security technologies, enterprise solution design and effective customer interaction
