Demonstrated experience working with senior management, including C-suite

Expert in Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio

Business, Human Resources or related fieldRequires competency in customer focus, change & innovation, strategic thinking, relationship building & influencing, talent management, results focus and inspirational leadership.

Lead complex and strategic organization development consulting engagements with multiple C-level or VP client groups from design through implementation

Work collaboratively with HRBPs in identifying business client challenges and creating OD projects that improve client organizational capabilities

Form, lead, and optimize project teams of consultants and HRBPs in the design and delivery of projects

Contract with executive clients for consulting project outcomes

Provide consultation and subject matter expertise in the following areas: Org Design: Facilitate business leaderships definition, evaluation, and implementation of new organizational structure. Change Management: Consult with business leaders through the whole change lifecycle, including analysis of change impacts, managing stakeholders, and development of a transition plan. Team Effectiveness: Consult with clients regarding the development of effective teams

Facilitate the creation of enhancements to strategy, structure, process, culture, or community. Own overall roadmap for organizational assessment and plan for improvements

Research, collect data, and analyze information (focus groups, surveys, appreciative inquiry) to assess the current state and educate leaders in techniques to improve and sustain organizational excellence (at a team and/or business unit/enterprise level)

Create and implement best-in-class team and organizational tools and interventions
