? Role Overview

o T-Mobile Tuesdays (TMT) Partnership organization is seeking an experienced leader who can establish strategic partnerships with leading brands that want to interact with our highly engaged customer base.

o As a Partnership Development Manager you will focus on building new relationships and partnering with businesses to craft unique offers, gifts and sweepstakes that help increase exposure and drive TMT user engagement. For our Partners, your unique offering will drive traffic to their business or mobile app, while building awareness and generating a ton of buzz!

o This person will be responsible for negotiating complex deals, involving structure, terms and other critical elements.

o 7+ years experience in business development and/or long term strategic partnerships.

o Proven ability to develop and implement creative deal structures.

o Solid negotiation skills, business and financial acumen.

o The capability to go from high level strategic thinking to scrappy execution.

o Thrives in an ever-changing environment.

o Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented and highly organized.

o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

o Entrepreneurial spirit with a get-it-done attitude.

  • LI-GA-DS1

o As a key member of the TMT team your focus will be to cultivate and establish our key partnerships.

o Manage a pipeline of dozens of partners while closing deals to meet quarterly metrics.

o Engaging and negotiating key deal elements, securing agreements and then transitioning relationships to the account team.

o Become an expert in working with national brands.

o Execute plans while working with cross-functional internal stakeholders (e.g. product, legal, marketing).

o Prepare and give business reviews to the senior management regarding progress and roadblocks.
