Sr Business Analysis Manager

Play a key role in Corporate Real Estate Strategy and Planning by serving as a strategic consultant and main contact for the business. Serve as a resource for real estate planning, services, and financial management. Provide proactive customer relationship management to anticipate real estate issues and build strategies supporting the business. Improve critical interfaces between CRE and business lines, establishing links between RE strategies and business line goals, initiatives, and strategies. Create and deliver compelling business cases and presentations to CRE, corporate, and business unit senior leaders. Use collaboration and influencing skills to lead cross-functional teams, and apply leadership abilities to drive business results. Build relationships within CRE and the business units to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and lead initiatives. Help create the strategic framework and analytical approach to managing real estate assets. Participate in the development, analysis, and recommendations for portfolio asset acquisition, disposition, and optimization strategies.

Essential Functions

  • Partner with cross-functional teams and leaders to drive critical decisions and change
  • Work closely with key business leaders across the company to understand critical issues, influence decision-makers, and lead change enabling strategic alignment with CRE&F and enterprise goals
  • Develop credible knowledge of business and tackle ambiguous and complex analytical problems requiring analysis beyond what is necessary for day-to-day operations
  • Empower decision-making for business leaders
  • Uncover critical business insights that impact key real estate decisions
  • Create complex decision models (ex. forecasting, simulation, regression, etc.), to make sound and actionable business recommendations
  • Synthesize findings into executive level visualizations and presentations
  • Drive favorable impacts to key performance metrics by supporting execution of developed strategies and solutions
  • Provide leadership for the enterprise funding process and support M&A activities
  • Provide input into standards and guidelines related to workplace strategies



Qualifications
  • 6-8 years in a client relationship management or strategy role
  • Experience developing and managing an enterprise real estate strategy and related policies
  • High level of business acumen, including financial statements and budgeting
  • Ability to correlate business need with enterprise strategy to create optimal real estate solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage effectively in a collaborative cross-functional environment
  • Executive-level communication and influencing abilities
  • Strong computer modeling, SQL, BI, and visualization creation abilities
  • Strong financial understanding and analytical skills
  • Proven track record in managing multiple projects on a national basis
  • Flexible and creative problem-solver demonstrating a high level of achievement

Education
Minimum Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Research, Finance, Economics or related field

• High School Diploma or GED
