Sr Analyst, Business Systems

3 years experience – Mining data and developing reports using a variety of reporting/analytics software packages with an aptitude for learning new reporting packages.

2 years experience – SQL Server Reporting Services

Strong understanding of relational databases. Advanced skills in Excel. Strong knowledge of SQL, TSQL or Access to create complex queries to transform large data sets into actionable reporting. Intermediate skills in SSRS.

Experience in working in an operations focused environment. Superior communication and presentation skills are required.

Advanced computer skills in MS Office

Knowledgeable about available business solutions and providers.


Business Objects strongly desired.

Work with team members to identify opportunities and implement solutions that will increase efficiencies. Formal communication with multiple levels of management. Proven ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external departments.

Emphasis on PowerPoint Presentation

SQL Server Integration Services experience. Designing, developing and maintaining ETL processes

Strategic thinker, large system implementation experience.


Bachelor’s Degree required – Business, Finance, Information Management or related field

Master’s Degree is preferred

Manage front line support for SAP CRM, SAP ECC and other CSCA applications reporting. Acts as main contact for all users on data issues. Troubleshoot, identify and track systems issues via ticketing to ensure resolution and keep reporting systems operational. Develop recommendations and coordinates issue resolution with EIT support and developers. Monitor SQL Reporting Services, analyze problems and recommends solutions as well as process development; own system enhancements from submission through implementation, testing and release to production.

Gather complex data inputs from multiple sources, both internally and externally. Run data queries from reporting tools, ensuring integrity of data and reporting. Develop working knowledge of all data sources and document.

Partner with customers & Stakeholders on the development and production of a wide range of reports. Ensure delivery meets agreed upon requirements. Identify and communicate insights to stakeholders.

Manage large data sets in support of analysis and validation of enterprise key business initiatives
