The position requires working independently on initiatives and managing multiple engagements that involves all aspects of process improvement including business analysis, strategy development, implementation, planning and project management. Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize work, multi-task across many systems with minimal direction
Experience in interpreting data flow and system architecture diagrams
Ability to analyze data and identify potential issues or impacts to supply chain business flow.
Strong skills in communication and relationship building between business and technical teams
Demonstrated ability in process improvement/re-engineering
In-depth knowledge and experience with the principles, practices and techniques of process improvement
In-depth knowledge and experience with Indirect Procurement
- LI-B2B-KW1Provide process improvement expertise to senior managers/director levels across all business groups.
Represent Procurement organization on, complex corporate-level projects.
Assist in quality and user testing to ensure all procurement requirements are met.
Apply operational improvement tools to identify key problem drivers/root causes and achieve business process improvement for Procurement.
Conduct functional owner activities for Procurement including writing user stories, risk identification and mitigation.
Plan and facilitate meetings and sprint sessions.
Support and collaborate with Procurement and other business owners.
