For more information, please visit http://www.t-mobile.com The position will have a broad range of responsibilities including assisting in the review of business processes, supporting regulatory and Internal corporate investigations, subpoena compliance (LER Support for T-Mobile Puerto Rico LLC), ECR, Fraud and legal team investigations and providing legal support for new product and service offerings. A successful candidate will assess and mitigate risk while working cooperatively with the business to understand their needs and goals. Become a key member of a team that supports a Market and contribute to the effectiveness of a team that integrates multiple business functions and legal disciplines; ability to partner effectively with various business and legal groups and exhibit a keen business sense in order to offer practical solutions that meet the needs of the business. 2+ years of investigative experience in the public and/or private sector or equivalent experience. Understanding of theories, principles, and practices of criminal rules of evidence, search and seizure, chain of custody, and applicable state and federal laws pertaining to investigative efforts. Knowledge in investigative training techniques. Ability to correlate and analyze data points in the context of a potential breach or other privacy related investigation. Knowledge of State & Federal regulatory requirements involving PCI, PII and CPNI. Basic knowledge of mobile and data network architecture and other telecommunications industry specific topics that may be pertinent to any given investigation.

Proven ability to maintain the integrity of confidential information, including subscriber data, sensitive financials, intellectual property and other proprietary or restricted information and demonstrate professional, appropriate behavior in confidential situations. Instill the highest level of ethical conduct and integrity in any investigation process. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Must be fully bilingual (Spanish and English). Ability to communicate effectively with executives in Spanish and English language, identifying their business needs, and translating them into solutions. Working knowledge of general legal concepts, terminology and principles related to contracts and general understanding of the legal requirements pertaining to the conduct of investigations with the ability to work in cooperation with counsel and/or law enforcement agencies when appropriate. Self-motivation and the ability to work independently but with the ability to solve problems for self and team members when appropriate or required. Openness to coaching and the ability to make changes accordingly.

Work is performed in an office environment. Position requires mental effort or analytical ability in order to gather and interpret complex information and to find solutions to difficult human, technical or administrative problems. Work regularly produces a high level of mental, visual and/or physical fatigue between 51% and 80% of work time.This position very frequently (85% to 90% of work time) requires contact with others within and/or outside the company. Lift/move items weighing approximately 30 pounds. Must have the ability to sit for extended periods of time. Work under pressure in order to meet strict deadlines or respond to emergencies. Communicate orally and in writing in an excellent manner. Conduct oral presentation. Quickly and accurately access and enter information using an automated system. Comprehend and apply complex information. Concentrate for prolonged periods of time.

Required to operate a motor vehicle. Must have valid driver's license to operate motor vehicles in PR and US. Bachelor's degree or equivalent education.

With minimal supervision, interacts with state and federal law enforcement officers and responds to basic and complex subpoenas, court orders, search warrants and consent letters. Codes, compiles and files correspondence, records, documents and reports in LER systems according to predefined guidelines from LER policy and procedures documents.

Provide legal support for new product and service offerings.

Prioritize incoming work requests and issues. Determines priorities relative to emergency issues and demonstrates ability to effectively manage time, prioritize work, multi-task across many assignments with some direction. Strong organizational and coordination skills along with multi-tasking capabilities to get things done in a fast-paced environment.

May represent TMO in courts in Puerto Rico as custodian of record on rare occasions and as assigned by Manager.

Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.
