National Site Compliance Manager
Responsibilities
- Promotes vendor safety culture and expectations across all types of "work"; new construction, modification, decommissioning, and maintenance on all site types.
- When trends are identified - recommend preventative measures for review and implementation.
- Conduct periodic safety audits of all Vendor Companies at all site types, including macro towers, rooftops, small cells, data centers, switch locations, etc. Ensure that all equipment, machinery, methods and procedures meet appropriate manufacturer, safety, standards and regulations.
- Observe crew's while working and make necessary safety "recommendations" regarding the modification, improvement, or removal of any crew equipment that might be deemed hazardous.
- Review crew certifications during audit to ensure they are properly trained for the tasks being performed, are properly using personal protective equipment (PPE) and have selected appropriate rigging equipment.
- Assist in resolving open incident investigations.

Qualifications
Experience/Minimum Requirements
- Five (5) years of construction work or construction management experience in a related field with an emphasis in telecommunication construction of tower, rooftop, small cell, decommissioning or fiber.
- First-hand knowledge of all applicable Industry Standards.
- Previous Construction Safety Oversight or Safety training role
- OSHA 10/30
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Industrial Safety, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- NWSA Foreman Credential or equivalent experience
- Competent Climber, Rescuer, Rigger or equivalent experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of construction safety procedures and practices including RF Safety
- Knowledge of Consensus Standards and OSHA laws and regulations
- Personal computer skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential information
- Demonstrated flexibility in light of changing work requirements
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Previous experience in developing Safety Training Programs
- NCCCO Credential's
Additional Information: Throughout the selection process candidates will be asked to provide the following:
- Writing samples
- Samples of Safety Programs and/or Instructional videos of completed work if available
Minimum Qualifications
• At least 18 years of age.• Legally authorized to work in the United States.• High School Diploma or GED.• Pre-employment background screen.
