Ã¢â,¬ YouÃ¢â,¬â¢ll assist the Store Manager in everything from hiring and training to performance evaluation, coaching, and development
Ã¢â,¬ When the Store Manager is away, you step into the lead role
Ã¢â,¬ Your team looks to you to be a resource as they deliver outstanding customer service
Ã¢â,¬ YouÃ¢â,¬â¢ll also serve as an expert consultant when customer escalations arise
Ã¢â,¬ WeÃ¢â,¬â¢ll also depend on you to help with staff scheduling, budgetary issues, and ensuring that store openings and closings go by the book
Ã¢â,¬ Finally, youÃ¢â,¬â¢ll help in making sure the store always looks its best

Ã¢â,¬ At least three years of prior retail sales experience make all the difference in this role
Ã¢â,¬ A background in wireless communications is strongly encouraged
Ã¢â,¬ WeÃ¢â,¬â¢re also looking for someone whoÃ¢â,¬â¢s had demonstrated leadership experience, from store processes to inventory and merchandising to hiring and staff scheduling
Ã¢â,¬ Great communication comes naturally to you, whether itÃ¢â,¬â¢s with customers, store employees, or upper management
Ã¢â,¬ A high school degree or GED is essential, and while itÃ¢â,¬â¢s not required, a college degree is a big plus
Ã¢â,¬ You can also create and present meeting agendas, conduct one on ones, and coach your team like its second nature
Ã¢â,¬ YouÃ¢â,¬â¢re also comfortably using basic computer programs
Ã¢â,¬ Our team will have your back at every turn, and itÃ¢â,¬â¢s important that you share that same level of commitment to them--that means having the availability to work typical retail hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
