This role will work directly with HR Business Partners and Business Leaders to establish staffing and business targets with progressive programs to support each area. The Manager, Talent Acquisition will have full-cycle management responsibilities for a team of recruiting professionals.7+ years of corporate recruitment experience

3+ years managing a recruitment function in a complex corporate setting

Minimum 5 years proven ability to develop and grow subordinates

Must have experience working with an Applicant Tracking System

Outstanding service orientation; sense of urgency; high-level of personal integrity

Ability to work well under pressure and flexible in adapting and responding to changing situations

Ability to work independently, but a strong effective team player; commitment to results; solutions oriented; superior organizational skills and ability to multi-task

Excellent written and verbal communication skills – ability to present, train, influence, and negotiate

Proficient in Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint

High School Diploma/GEDRequires competency in customer focus, change & innovation, strategic thinking, relationship building & influencing, talent management, results focus and inspirational leadership.

Lead, develop and inspire high performance from a team of recruiting professionals comprised of Senior Recruiters, Recruiters and contract recruiters as required

Continuously assess Talent Acquisition process and strategies to ensure optimum return on investment from a cost basis while providing a superior quality of hire

Build a right touch candidate strategy that is simple and efficient that supports internal mobility and overall candidate experience

Identify, track, and achieve recruitment measures and metrics to show success on overall business actions and goals

Ensure a strong partnership with the HR Business Partners in order to forecast talent needs both externally and internally (succession planning, reorganization, talent reviews). Support Business Leaders and HR Business Partners by implementing a talent solution that meets their overall people goals

Provide Account Manager with insights into the overall business talent strategy
