Qualifications

Minimum Required

? Familiarity with HTML, XHTML, CSS, JAVASCRIPT, JQUERY, ANGULAR-JS, .NET, C#, AJAX, Visual Studio, SQL, and T-SQL

? 5+ years of software development experience, especially in C# and HTML/JavaScript development

? Minimum 5 years’ experience managing or supervising a team of 5 developers or more. ? Experience working with technical professionals on idea conception, design, development and transition into production operations and maintenance.

? Proven track record of success in managing teams of developers, delivering Enterprise-scale solutions in retail and/or wireless services markets.

? Experience with Agile or similar iterative development methodologies as well as DevOps team structure, roles, dynamics, and management and SCRUM paradigms.

? Solid understanding of Continuous Integration, Test, and Deployment methodologies and platforms and how they are implemented within a DevOps environment.

? Experience in developing and implementing Cloud Solutions.

? Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

? Self-starter with a high degree of self-management and commitment to delivery timelines

? Proven interpersonal, communication, presentation and facilitation skills

? Ability to clearly explain technical concepts and analysis implications to a wide audience

? Ability to engage in discussions with developers about coding, troubleshooting, debugging, and relational and dimensional data modeling

? Strong understanding of relational database structures, theories, principles, and practices

Desired ? Working experience and knowledge of systems like the Microsoft .NET platform, JavaScript/JQuery/AngularJS, Node-JS, Nginx, as well as container technologies such as Docker development concepts and best practices.

? Experience in Web 2.0 and Single-Page-Application (SPA) client-side application development very desirable.

? Experience with Continuous Development, Integration, Test, and Delivery tools and platforms, such as Jenkins, Artifactory, Selenium/Protractor/Karma test platforms, Docker container technology, Mesos/Marathon.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions

? Lead and manage a high performing team of qualified developers striving to improve T-Mobile bench strength as well as augmenting project teams with contract staff or alternate delivery capabilities.

? Collaborate with Business Partners and other cross functional teams to build and present technical solutions and road maps that align with business objectives and goals.

? Experience delivering business-enabling technology solutions to support and enhance the creation, maintenance, retrieval & disposition of Law Enforcement Relations (LER) content. ? Monitor, measure, and manage work tasks to ensure the on-time, on-budget and on-quality development of fit-for-purpose business-enabling solutions through internal development, alternative delivery capabilities or managed services providers.

? Establish partnerships with other teams and manage cross team relationships and enhance partnerships both inside and outside EIT.

? Develop, deliver, maintain, and support a reliable, efficient, and effective solutions architecture for Law Enforcement Relations (LER) eCore application and associated dependent services, including Core Automation, CDC, and back-end service interfaces.

? Refactor and extend existing applications and supporting processes to incorporate industry best practices and to align with strategic plans.

? Work to deliver a next-generation portal and platform, which is scalable, secure, cloud-ready, and customer-facing

? Work with management to understand project and business priorities and manage team allocations based on those priorities

?
