Manager, Enterprise Microsoft Systems

As a member of Unified Communications Collaboration and Productivity Services team within the UC organization, the Manager, Application Support will be responsible for the success of all Collaboration and Productivity Services. This individual will oversee day to day operations of the O365 Cloud and Collaboration tools. The manager will have tier2 and tier3 direct reports focused on improving our workforce experience and partnering with our design team to deliver solid solutions that can be monitored and maintained. The team will be closely aligned with business and IT partners to meet end user requirements, provide end user training documentation and videos, develop operational support documentation and provide in-person training to guarantee that users are familiar with technology tools provided by the Unified Communications organization. The individual will communicate operational statistics regularly to leadership and participate in overall Unified Communication meetings.

Responsibilities:

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage resources and participate in Unified Communications major initiatives
  • Drive operational improvements
  • Maintain ongoing technology training sessions
  • Establish and maintain end-user ââ,¬Å"how toââ,¬? documentation and videoââ,¬â„¢s
  • Establish and maintain support documentation
  • Develop and execute on processes around operational support knowledge transfer
  • Work with Product Owners on new functionality and confirm results are documented
  • Partner with Workforce Experience to determine end-user painpoints and then work with team to resolve
  • Drive technology adoption within team
  • Collaborate/Partner with business and technology teams
  • Maintain management skills, technical knowledge through continuing education and training


Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications Required:
  • Minimum 3 years management experience
  • Has experience mentoring other members of technical staff.
  • Has experience working with vendors and production support teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Education
  • Bachelor Degree preferred.
