This individual must possess strong communication skills, a strategic view towards new business opportunities, solid business judgement, and operational excellence. The Manager will be responsible for providing strategic guidance; developing executive level presentation and communication tools; delivering an independent strategic insight on the health, direction and efficacy of the business unit; supporting highly strategic projects for the business; and working collaboratively with internal stakeholders and 3rd parties to solve problems related to the success of existing or new lines of businessRequired

6-8 years of increasing levels of responsibility and demonstrated leadership experience

6-8 years technology industry background, including product management, external facing business development or sales roles providing exposure to cross industry and new business models

Bachelor''s in Marketing, Advertising, Engineering, Business

Preferred

  • Diverse experience in wireless, advertising, telecom, media, internet based business models
  • Consulting experience, strong analytical and strategic background, coupled with relevant operational and technical experience
  • MBA

Requires competency in customer focus, change & innovation, strategic thinking, relationship building & influencing, talent management, results focus and inspirational leadership.

Partner with Emerging Businesses leadership to challenge and develop the strategic direction of the business

Lead communication efforts for the team to communicate our strategic direction and extend the influence of Emerging Businesses across the enterprise & with external partners

Develop analysis of partner activity, engaging with partners directly to gain alignment to Emerging Businesses goals and spurring them on toward meeting revenue and customer satisfaction targets

Engage in special projects including: new partner or business idea evaluation, financial analysis of business plans, and establishing new processes for the business

Team building and leadership development At least 18 years of age. Legally authorized to work in the United States. High School Diploma or GED.
