Investigator, Corporate Investigations
To investigate incidents of fraud, theft, policy violations, allegations of wrongdoing, or any other activities that have or potentially could adversely affect T-Mobile USA.
Requires competency in customer focus, change & innovation, strategic thinking, relationship building & influencing, talent management, results focus and inspirational leadership.
Ã¢â,¬Assist investigators, attorneys, and other business partners with the collection, organization, and preparation of data for review and analysis in legal matters, regulatory filings, and investigations
Ã¢â,¬Handle/manage investigations that are assigned on a regional basis or any other basis as deemed appropriate by management
Ã¢â,¬Demonstrate an ability to effectively prioritize investigations so as to ensure efficient handling of those with the highest exposure and/or potential impact to the Company
Ã¢â,¬Assist with education and awareness training for internal T-Mobile customers and multiple levels of management
Ã¢â,¬Provide feedback to Senior Investigator(s) and/or Management when team is asked to provide consultation to other business units on new systems/products being launched
Ã¢â,¬Provide testimony on theories, principles and practices relating to investigative efforts
Ã¢â,¬Any other duties as requested by management
Ã¢â,¬Proven ability to maintain the integrity of confidential information
Ã¢â,¬Demonstrate GMC values
Ã¢â,¬Demonstrate ability to regularly respond with professionalism to new situations and complex issues in a fast paced environment
Ã¢â,¬Knowledge of computers with the ability to learn the T-Mobile proprietary software and applications utilized to perform duties
Ã¢â,¬Exhibit solid understanding of individual and department goals as well as an in-depth understanding of business operations
Ã¢â,¬5 years investigative experience in the public and/or private sector
Ã¢â,¬Successful completion of John Reid & Associated Basic and Advanced Interviewing & Interrogation training
Ã¢â,¬Experience in giving depositions and/or court testimony
Ã¢â,¬High School Diploma/GED
Ã¢â,¬ At least 18 years of age.Ã¢â,¬ Legally authorized to work in the United States.Ã¢â,¬ High School Diploma or GED.Ã¢â,¬ Pre-employment background screen.
