Verbal and communication skills: ability to read, speak, and comprehend English sufficiently to perform essential functions of the job

Maintain safe working environment in compliance with T-Mobile safety regulations

2 years general warehouse experience

1 year forklift and power walker experience, and ability to become certified within 30 days of hire

Basic knowledge of PC and systems use

1 year warehouse inventory tracking systems experience

Preferred: 1 year ALM (asset tracking/tagging) and inventory management system experience

High School Diploma/GED

General StudiesRequires competency in customer focus, change & innovation, strategic thinking, relationship building & influencing, talent management, results focus and inspirational leadership.

Maintains the accuracy and integrity of inventory levels

Reviews records for accuracy of information in compliance with standard operational procedures

Prioritizes daily work load to ensure optimal warehouse efficiency

Completes daily activities and strategic reports as assigned by warehouse manager. Responsible for holding weekly team meetings with personnel

Completes daily activities and strategic reports as assigned by warehouse manager At least 18 years of age. Legally authorized to work in the United States. High School Diploma or GED.
