The main focus of the Employee Success Associate is:

  1. Providing HR partnership and support to the business to ensure achievement of business objectives.

  2. Equipping employees with tools and resources to support their success.

  3. Partnering with business leaders to build a culture of employee support to achieve career success and personal growth via a focus on customer service, solid decision making and judgement, creative and innovative problem-solving, and flexibility.Minimum required

Minimum of 2 years HR Generalist (HR Management experience)

Outstanding service orientation with a consultative lens; sense of urgency. Is focused on the customer and results, anticipates the needs of the business and acts proactively, takes initiative and maintains confidentiality.

Ability to support and influence strategic direction and assist business leaders regarding overall people strategies that support the culture, company direction and the growth needs of the business and employees (thinks strategically, talent management, career planning/coaching).

Ability to work well under pressure and flexible in adapting and responding to changing situations (manage change, prioritize business demands, conflict resolution, problem solving, independent judgement and discretion).

Ability to effectively connect, build and maintain strong relationships with all levels of employees (frontline to VP) via excellent written and verbal communication skills (presenting, training, influencing and negotiating); demonstrates executive maturity.

Ability to work independently with regular direction, but a strong, effective team player; committed to results; solutions oriented; superior organization skills and ability to multi-task.

Knowledge and ability to navigate social media platforms.

Proficient in Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.

Knowledge of T-Mobile and the various lines of business, T-Mobile policies, T-Mobile practices.

Experience in developing training or programs that support the employee experience, development and career success.

Experience in strategic management and providing strategic direction.

Education

Bachelor's degree

License or certification

Serves as a member of an HR Crew working together to provide expert and objective advice, counsel and coaching to employees and leaders on all employee related issues such as: HR programs, policy, procedures, employment/labor laws, conflict resolution, change management, diversity and organizational development/design to promote a fair and equitable work environment.

In partnership with appropriate support resources, works collaboratively on all things employee well-being related to include but not limited to; enable and support employee career success, employee advocacy, strategic partnership and business support, equipping employees with appropriate tools and resources, supporting recruiting execution, and execution of training and programs.

Proactively responds to employee concerns around performance management, improvement, harassment, discrimination, misconduct, employee safety, teamwork, etc.

Maintain current and complete understanding of Federal and State laws including case law and regulations such as Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, FLSA, ADA, FMLA, ADEA, NLRA, etc.; protects company's interest by ensuring all legal requirements for equal employment and compliance are met by keeping informed of changes in these areas and by implementing the necessary practices/programs to meet these changes.

Works on initiatives, projects and day to day activities to ensure a strong Un-Carrier culture and Best Place to Perform and Work. At least 18 years of age
