In this position, in our corporate headquarters in Bellevue, Washington, you will enjoy the visibility this role offers as you partner with key business leaders from across the company, as well as other members of the Legal department, to ensure we're taking care of our customers and doing business the right way. Working knowledge of state and federal compliance and regulatory requirements that apply to public companies.

Previous experience in telecom, legal and regulatory compliance or enforcement, and/or corporate investigations.

Familiarity with Federal Sentencing Guidelines for Organizations (FSGO) and enforcement guidance regarding effective compliance programs.

Experience in developing or managing compliance programs highly desirable.

Experience in project management highly desirable

Bar admission required

At least 3-7 years legal experience

Law firm and in-house experience preferredServe as primary legal advisor on corporate investigation issues; support corporate investigations and digital forensics team; direct and oversee compliance investigations, audits and assessments, as needed.

Advise on investigation best practices and monitor enforcement trends.

Conduct compliance incident reviews, including fact finding and root cause analysis; advise on and facilitate implementation of appropriate remedial activities.

Oversee consent decree compliance monitoring and reporting; manage regulatory reporting activities.

Assist efforts to identify, monitor and report on key compliance obligations across the company.

Provide advice and guidance to various business units on legal and regulatory compliance issues, including whistleblowing, trade secrets, state and local government ethics and lobbying, and government contracting.

Prepare executive presentations and reports.

Conduct compliance trainings as needed.

Project management.
