Must be proficient and have experience using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and MS Project and Visio

Gaining understanding of PMI principles and practices, organizational skills, strong attention to detail

Good written and verbal communication skills; effectively communicates with all employee levels and levels of management

Awareness of general accounting practices, related to project management - including budgeting, invoicing, purchase orders, and accounts payable

Work experience in project business area preferred

High School Diploma/GED.Requires competency in customer focus, change & innovation, strategic thinking, relationship building & influencing, talent management, results focus and inspirational leadership.

Monitors and tracks project status reporting for Project Managers. Assists with communications and scheduling.

Develops process flow diagrams (Visio)

Prepares and distribute project meeting minutes.

Prepares Presentations (PowerPoint) At least 18 years of age. Legally authorized to work in the United States. High School Diploma or GED.
