5+ years experience in HR, Finance, or consulting

Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to work independently, conduct research, formulate conclusions and present conclusions regarding complex business issues. Strong Excel skills.

High level of strategic agility, decision making and problem solving skills, high business acumen, and demonstrated ability to manage through systems and drive innovation.

Critical attention to detail – demonstrated ability to consistently deliver at a high level of accuracy. Ability to maintain highly confidential information.

Strong consultation skills; ability to seek out information and provide quality advice

Results oriented and flexible with the ability to manage multiple projects and/or programs in a demanding, fast-paced environment

Desired:

2+ years working in, or supporting, a compensation function

2+ years Workday HCM experience

2+ years program or project management experience

Education:

Bachelors Degree in an analytical field; equivalent work experience or certification considered in lieu of degree

License or certification – CCP preferred

Partner with comp consultants, business clients, and HR partners to understand business needs and translate into solutions in Workday. Partner closely with internal teams including EIT and HR Systems to design and deliver solutions or alternative actions to modify compensation configuration, resolve systems challenges, and/or introduce enhancements. Play a key role in the development and administration of company-wide Workday delivered programs related to base pay and and short-term incentives.

Provide program management leadership and support to compensation initiatives including but not limited to annual market data reviews, manager/employee education and training, compensation tools, job description administration, SOX, and reporting. Work may include preparation of business requirements, advising on design/delivery decisions, project management, UAT, communications, and post delivery assessment.

Lead data management efforts on behalf on compensation. Work with partners to ensure accurate data in Workday and downsteam systems. Participate in root cause analysis and identification of short and long term solutions.

Bring changes and suggestions from clients and partners to help improve and develop best practices. Manage change within the programs, evaluates risks, and assess potential impacts on program delivery.

Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.
