Minimum Required

  • 5-7 years Operations Support
  • 1-3 years Leadership/Coaching experience

Essential Functions

  • Oversee health of Customer Care across multiple channels including Call Center, Social Media, Messaging, and call routing/SIVR
  • Report national performance for sites, teams, and individuals
  • Closely Partner with multiple groups located in the same facility, including: Enterprise Security, Enterprise Program Office, Business Continuity, Social Media Reporting & Analysis, T-Force, and Cyber Security
  • Manage NRP department, career development, partnerships, tactical execution


Minimum Required

  • Bachelors Degree. quantitative discipline
